Crowne Plaza Belgrade, an IHG Hotel

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel five months apart. And there have been significant service improvements since April 2023 Or maybe this was just related to the room we got. It was on the 6th floor with a backyard window view. The room was after renovation: new beds, new towels, freshly painted walls in the room, and carpet on the floor. Although bathrobes were old, with torn pockets. Bathroom - still unrepaired, condition 7 out of 10. The reception staff are very much friendly. The breakfast buffet costs 20 euro per person.

On check in there was a mistake. The reservation team had goofed up and booked for one person. On showing the email the lady Jasna at reception immediately helped us and corrected the reservation teams mistake and ensuring we got a room for a couple . Would also appreciate her for ensuring we got what we booked. The staff is very good.

The location is excellent -easy to find The comfort in the room and beds are excellent The massage in SPA center is a dream after long traveling Thank You Ioanna,you are amazing ! You feel very comfortable and at home with the perfect staff !

I book Crowne because of excellent swimming pool (very rare in Belgrade) and very friendly staff. The hotel is due for some renovation or fixing, and hence a bit expencive compared coompetition. And not to forget location and views of old belgrade are super.
